I used it to print something and it was at 99% charged. It was plugged in. Suddenly the screen went black the entire machine stopped. Not one light, plugged or not plugged. I've only used it a few times since getting it in May! There was no instruction manual or any way to trouble shoot!

It looks like a power issue. May be the baterry has gone wild and wont let power run on device (even if the device is plugged). The easy test is to try another charger. BUT....
If you bought it May, its under warranty. Take it to the store and they will have it fixed.

you must reflash the bios first to be sure is hardware issue
