helo sir. i got laptop from HEC Pm scheme. that haier Y11b. from 2-3 weeks i am facing the issue that when i on the laptop the screen goes all blank and only shows the pointer moving on it. it doesn't goes further process.. help me out

The blank screen when boot up or during use? Many factors may be to blame, such as connection errors between display, graphics card, hard disk or hardware errors.
Firstly, you can hard reset the computer to fix it and know what device causes the problem.
Then, go Safe Mode to restart explorer.exe process.
If still not work, try more simple methods. SPAM disabled

if my laptop starts but me password screen is not showing and just blank what should i do

I have got laptop under pm laptop scheme .....but laptop is not responding. .... When I start the laptop it demand password I don't know the password..... Can someone help me???

please grab a windows USB stick that is the same version as your current install and run a disk check. from the command line:
chkdsk /f c:
access the advanced tools screen, choose command prompt

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete then go to Task Manager and click Yes. After that go to “File" at the top of the screen and then write “explorer" in the empty bar and click yes. Wait a while and it will fix ur problem.
