power supply trouble shooting, fried component
power supply is bad, replaced one capacitor, outputting like 0.83v, there wasa fried component but tond know if its bad or how to test it

i could, but its not about the value of the device but to see if i can repair it and get it back to work, ill probably end up buying a new power supply
