can somebody help me under frozen my iphone5's the srceem is frozen at the top of my iphone is frozen to unlock my iphone5's please i need some help the slide unlock

try a hard reset by holding the power and home button together for 7 seconds then let go of home .....

It shows its on and not frozen but it's not letting me get in
