Trouble after replacing one motor and main plastic body on drone

Had a crash on Dji phantom 3, replaced one motor and both plastic enclosures of the drone, now I got a constant audio signal and a red led light on the back of printed circuit board, motors do not run, audio is coming from the drone, camera works
