My screen works for about a minute and then goes black. The sound still works.

@wendybukartek what exact model is your TV and what have you tried?

When it goes black does it start scrolling through the TV Channels if nothing is connected to it after you turn it off and then on again?

did you test for backlight issue with flashlight?
