I need to reset the clock after each power-down.
I am sure I need a pram battery, just not sure which one:

Do I need to open up the case to see which one?

Your PRAM battery needs to be replaced. It appears to be part number 922-5205 for the PB G4/DVI 667. Here's Apple's guide on which battery you need: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2295
