My touch screen stopped working after I upgraded to windows 10
i tried hard resetting it, but can only get to the language setting

ii have had the phone for about a year and a half now. it wasnt charging either, but when i hard reset it, it got to the choose language screen and started charing. i was able to hook it into my lap top and now my laptop detected it and i can get to the files in the phone
