My kuerig is only brewing partial cups, not even half. It was given to me by a friend whom got a new one.... I have descaled it, I have cleaned the needles, I have checked the reservoir and all seems to be good.
But when it brews there is drips of water coming out of the over flow and it stops brewing, but when I cover the white soft plastic it will begin to fill the cup again.
I am stumped

mizd66 sounds like it needs more cleaning. The reason for the water filling when you cover the white soft plastic is an increase in pressure to probably bypass whatever obstruction there is.
