Can I put a turbo on my 93 ford ranger? And if I can what should I get

Can I put a turbo on my 1993 ford ranger 2.3l v4? It's very slow and I want to put some mods on it and make it sound amazing with a deep and aggressive sound. I have the money so any ideas on how to make it sound amazing and a little faster. I have a cherry bomb glass pack 8 inch on it but I think a turbo Willis make it sound good and any other trucks I've been around have turbo and when they shift it sounds beautiful

Ok, heres a google page with tons of info on this. You will find amazing help from those forums that are for Ford Rangers. They are on here too. Ebay, has tons of turbo stuff, also on this page.
