TV Shut down...Will not turn on..5 double blinks every 10 seconds

Samsung LED Smart TV shut down and won't turn on again. I did all Trouble Shooting with Samsung Tech to no avail. The red light in bottom right Corner has a Flashing Pattern of 2 double links about every 10 seconds. The tv is only 2 1/2 years old.
