water doesn't come out. Instead the machine makes a sputtering sound.

When it is time for the water to dispense into the cup the coffee machine makes a sputtering sound and no water comes out.

Options

@pmnewt1 "makes a sputtering sound and no water comes out" sounds like a clogged puncture needle. Check on here how to clean it. different model same idea.

THANK YOU, THIS WORKED!!! It was working perfectly and I dumped the water out of the reservoir and forgot to put the tank back on. When I got back from my two week vacation it wouldn't work. I used the pin in the holes technique.
