My iPhone 5 keep restart at apple logo

Hi guys

My sister iPhones 5 stuck in a restart loop, my iPhone continuously restarts and it’s totally unusable. The Apple logo appears and disappears on the screen, over and over again. Do u know what happen? I need to repair it but dunno what the problem..

Sometime line became no service... and no Line

The weird ways is the iPhone will on back when i put it charger cable. And it happen again in few hour after i on the cellular data.

Anyone know why?

What i do before?

Change crack screen

Change battery 2 times
