Why HTC M9 do not have any sound?

The HTC M9 can not call, and listen to the phone, even using Skype, Google hangout, Facebook message and Whatapps phone and video calls. Also, don't have any sound for videos and games. What happen for the phone?

Does the phone rings if someone calls you ?

Can you play music from it ?

Hi Ricardo,

If you wanna call someone, the phone only ring in a second, then it cut off. The phone can not play any sound on video and music too.
