Battery cover wont get stuck, it pops out!

What i can do if the back cover broke?!? They are still saying me its the screw that needs to be bigger or larger!!! I need help for this, quick! D:

1. Screwing the battery cover attached to the cover still pops out.

2. They are STILL saying me is the screw!

3. They wont understand. :'(

Solution retenue

Santi12008 , If the back or the battery door are broken where it hinges then you may have to replace one or both pieces depending what is broken. I will post a link below to show how to disassemble back/battery door if needed to aide in replacement and a couple links to possible parts which you can also do a search for.

Santi12008, Sorry, maybe just use a piece of tape for now then to hold battery door in place. Good luck.

There is a tiny square nut under the plastic where the battery cover screws in (2mm x 2mm roughly) to accept the screw, and is prone to falling out. If it has, there’s nothing for the screw to bite into, so it will spin but never catch. Hope this helps.
