Will not copy? Prints just fine

My HO Officejet will not copy. A red X appears on the far right of the window

Does scan work okay? Also, could you take a picture of the red X? Ajout d'images à une question existante

Does the scanner light turn on? If you turn it off and then back on, does it show an error message or code?
