The case of my book is broken and want to know where can be fix it?

my book is broken and just the inside hard drive is ok.

could you please let me know where I can find a place to fix it??

i'm near to san diego california. is the old version the total space is per 500gb

but i keep it because this has personal pictures from my family that i want to recover.

any support thath you can provide will be thankfully.

Options

The My Books have been produced for a long time and there are various sizes of that snap on cover. I would look on yours for the model number, then shop on eBay for one being sold for parts.
