my samsung galaxy s8 was accidentally factory reset and now i cannot access it due to frp and oem lock, i cant even get the google verification page

Options

The Galaxy S8 should let you connect to both WiFi and Cellular Data before setup beings. Make sure you can get Internet where you are.

From a PC,

a) Go to Samsung.com, login and find your device. Change the Samsung lock password or disable it.

b) Log into the GoogleAndroid Device Manager and do the same.

Don't worry you can easily remove Factory Reset Protection from your Galaxy S8. Please follow this video guide to Bypass FRP Lock.
