No Video, machine passes POST.

Power Mac G5 Quad Core

Hi,

My Quad Core G5 has no video out on a Known good graphics card. The machine boots and chimes POST. Tried PMU chip reset., removing the battery....

The PRAM Keyboard commands don't work.

Seems to me a bad logic board but has anyone encountered this and fixed it?

Lights are off. ... It boots and goes by POST.. my bet is if a I had video if would be fine becuase I hear the hard drive works even with no video. Someone posted that if they logged in remotely they can see the computer fine but the system preferences does acknowledge the graphics card correctly
