This company is great about customer care. Call Blendtec - (1-800-748-5400)
Call Blendtec, and you'll receive a free replacement jar, assuming it's under warranty. (http://www.blendtec.com/warranty) - I can't tell what the standard warranty timeline is. The commercial models are 10 years, and the "refurbished" are 3 years.
