Do a Clean boot, and if the system boots faster than usual then there is a start up program causing the system to hang
To perform a clean boot:
1.Press the Windows + R key and enter msconfig in the search box and hit enter
2. System configuration window will open, now go over to the services tab and check the box at the bottom that says "hide all Microsoft services" then click disable all, now click apply
3. Go over to the start up tab and click disable all and click apply followed by OK (if you are on windows 10 you will have to go to task manager to view the start up items but you do the same and disable all)
4. you will now be asked to restart, once you restart if the system boots faster then you will need to either disable all your startup programs or go in and enable them 1 by 1 to find the culprit.
5. Once you're finished troubleshooting go over to the services tab and click enable all and hit apply and restart.
Can you also share your model number or system specs

Hi @osama17201, check if your HDD is failing.
Use a HDD diagnostic to check your HDD.
Some laptop BIOS key / etc have an option to check the HDD.
