Why won't my DVD disk turn when trying to read?
Anybody know how it looks to put the rubber band around d the pulleys to get the disk rotating to read

Brandon Cavin start with these guides Sony DVP-SR200P and if you have your DVD drive already disassembled, post some images of what you see with your question. Use this guide Ajout d'images à une question existante for that. It will allow us to see what you see.
this should help to see how the belt is routed.
