Hi my 2001 gsxr 750 has a choke lever is this a choke or a fast idle lever the bike is fuel injected

What position does my 1972 suzuki ts 90 .j choke lever on yhe handlebsrs neec yo be in to firstly stsrg the bike and when warmed up and running the manual foes not show this at all
