@stevo12209 unless a backup was made before, there isn't a way to save your device's data. You'll need to erase your device, which deletes all of your data and settings. You could take it to Apple and explain the situation and possibly get some help.

They said there is nothing they can do
@stevo12209 there really isn't anything anyone can do without you losing the data on the phone.
