audrey martin you did not tell us what type of repair. Since you are inquiring about program I would think that you are looking at a data reset. This should work for you:
Turn the phone off. If your screen is frozen, remove/reinsert battery.
Then press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up button and the Home button at the same time until recovery booting appears on the screen.
On the Android system recovery screen, select wipe data/factory reset. (Use the volume up/down keys to highlight and the power button to select.)
Select Yes -- delete all user data.
Then select reboot system now.
To set up your phone again after the reset is complete, you will have to go through the initial activation and setup.
