Good news is, yes, it can be done.

Bad news is, you need some special equipment to do it right, and afterwards if you want to replace the digitizer you'll need additional special equipment. The digitizer is laminated against the LCD panel. It's not something that you can do at home.

What would be used to rebound ? Is it the uv glue? As i know I would need a heat plate to separate.

Separating the screen from the digitizer glass is most easily accomplished with a heated vacuum plate to hold down the assembly, then using a length of thin magnet wire to slice through the OCA (optically clear adhesive) that's binding the LCD to the digitizer. Once separated, you'll need to carefully remove (scrape off) the polarizing film; this is typically another machine. Then you'll need a special solvent to dissolve and remove the copious leftover OCA from the LCD. You'll then need an appropriate mold to align the LCD with the new sheet of OCA, the new polarizing film, and the new digiizer; this is set up using a vacuum laminating machine. Then you typically need to put the rebuilt assembly into a compression chamber to remove any remaining bubbles and seal the whole thing together.

Expect to spend about $2000-$2500 on the required machines. Here's an example from OCAMaster: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPlqx6D-...
