The part where it's getting hot is normal as it is constantly rebooting.

The battery will need to be replaced.

You have a few options on getting a battery replacement, either by:

- Doing it yourself (DIY).

- Taking it to a mobile phone repair shop.

- Taking it to the apple store (booking a genius bar appointment).

Thanks for your answer I have replaced the battery but It could be possible it's crappy from eBay, also I changed the charger hole and ever since that it's been bad so I don't know if I've done anything wrong down there?

Is the charging cable plug end getting hot or is it just the phone in general?

Also you may want to check if the 4 little components right above the battery connector have been knocked off accidentally or damaged (pry damage near battery connector).

Though it could be an off chance but it is possible because it has happened with me on a 5s. I was to replaced the charging port of a 5s but in the process of disconnecting the battery, I accidentally broke off a few very small components that I believe were called the F11 capacitor that would be responsible for the charge and how the phone handle its battery life. The phone would die with a charge and being on the charger and would get hot. Look around the battery connection and see if you see any small, and I mean small, round objects just rolling around or been broken off.
