Where is my Hidden Cabinet in the File Manager?

I just discovered the Hidden Cabinet feature after downloading the File Manager on my Nexus, but the Hidden Cabinet button does not exist in the File Manager on my ZenPad. Any suggestions for how to turn it on? I've tried updating File Manager and have hunted through all possible settings, without success.
