Green snake charging error problem?

Hi, I have ten into this green snake charging problem on my apple watch and was wondering what to do to repair it or fix the problem?

I have tried unplugging it for 2 days then charging it, that didn't work. If I leave it charging for 2 days still same problem.

Could replacing the battery fix this?

Here is a video of the problem: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q6zg0h13i0shyh...

Thank you in advance!

I fixed this a couple days ago and the problem was that I needed to replace the battery.

Try holding both buttons for at least 10 seconds. If no luck, then try a different charger. Maybe more amps. Don’t charge from a computer just in case.

It was the battery that was the issue.

Did you have to replace the new battery again? I just got a battery from ifixit, and the same situation.

I just installed an ifixit replacement battery and now get the green snake. Are the ifixit batteries faulty?

I'm coming to the conclusion that the batteries sold by iFixit are too old sometimes (especially when they are for the early watch models). I'm having the same prob after installing a new battery. The snake screen should go away after a few minutes of charging but it doesn't.

Edit: After the third try to reset the watch, I finally got to the Apple logo and the battery (almost empty) now charges normally.

Edit 2: Nope, the charge progress vanishes all the time after a few minutes, Trying different outlets/USB sockets now…

Edit 3: After a while without any sign of proper charging, the watch restarts automatically and then starts charging normally. I guess, erratic behavior after installing a new battery which is almost empty is normal. Keep calm and wait patiently. I hope that my replacement battery is better than the old one (it was good to replace it in any case, as the old one just worked for 4 to 8 hours max, but after taking it out of the watch I figured that it had expanded.
