When I try to go on musically the app freezes and and the screen turns black and it takes me to my home screen and I can’t delete the app because I have so many privates that are like memories to me is there any way I could keep my privates and be able to use musically?¿

Your iPod runs an iOS 5 years too old to support an actively updated app like that, thus it can't support running it. The only way you can use the app is the get a newer device.
