When I plug in the power supply the Xbox does not want to turn on but its fan turns on and its very loud. The power brick works fine its just the stupid fan how do u fix this

that sounds like overheating. if you leave it the fan should turn off once the xbox has reached a safe temp. I'd say leave it for 1/2 hour or so. has it been used a lot recently?

That did not work. I am sure this happens because I left overnight to download a game and overheated

When you say it doesn't turn on, do you mean that it doesn't turn on at all or no you're not getting an image? How long does the fan stay on for? 10 seconds, 30 seconds, indefinitely?
Just off the cuff I would be concerned about dust buildup, especially if you keep you Xbox near the ground. I've seen dust cause similar issues with Xboxes in the past.

It just does not turn on just the fan. Earlier I left it on for an hour and only the fan was on nothing happened

My Xbox one is starting to make some noise but only where the fan is how do I fix This? It makes spinning noises sometimes loud sometimes not so much but my fan is making some noises and idk what to do help?
