32 inch LG television flickering from start up (during splash screen). Sound is still present. Please help. I have the cover off. Have visually checked for popped capacitors on power board and seems to be normal. Anyone able to help? Only a few years old. Thanks in advance.

From the research I have done, a flickering screen is usually caused by failing LED back-light strips behind the panel. They are at least replaceable if you can find the part number for your specific TV
