Why does my mode stuck at Manual and cant change mode?

My camera is actually Casio EX-ZR1000 but couldn't find it here.

So here is my problem.

My camera mode is stuck at Manual and i cant change it.

I feel that is my mode dial is having issue.

Is there any idea why or how it cause it?

FYI, i didn't dropped it or wet it. it just suddenly happen.
