Why is my phone screen not working but is constantly vibrating?

the screen has been cracked for a while but it still worked last thing i did was go on snapchat which kept crashing and then the phone was dropped.

@maryamk "the screen has been cracked for a while" and "then the phone was dropped" is a pretty good indication that the screen has now completely failed. That is also the reason why your phone keeps on vibrating. Replacing the display assembly should fix this. Comment réparer l'écran LCD du Samsung J5 (2016)
