The keyboard on my MC55 series device is acting up. I have tried cleaning the keyboard and assuring that the device is responsive in other ways. What can I do?

The keyboards on the MC55 series are known to fail over time. As the MC5590 is an aging product, it may become necessary to replace the keyboard. Keyboard failure can come as a result of faulty keyboard connectors or failing keyboard hardware. There is a great guide that explains how to replace the keyboard on the MC5590 page.
