Z5 Premium, Headphone jack not working EVEN AFTER replacement - help?

We had a Z5 in for a repair , after the repair the device had no headphone function and we then replaced the part accurately with OEM parts and it still is not working. Has anyone had this issue ? is there a possible reason why this is happening beyond tech damage.
