Video freezes, makes high pitched screeching sound.

I have a lenovo tablet tb-x103f. When i try to play netflix, Hulu or Playstation view it will play for a few minutes then freeze, most of the time it makes a high pitched screeching noise when it does. I have un-installed and reinstalled the apps, I have rebooted, I did a factory data reset. No one else out there seems to be having this problem and I'm at a loss. Also all my apps and my system is up to date. Any help that is some thing I haven't tried is apreciated .
