Why my phone keep restarting?

Hi,its been months sincei update my note 8 to January 2018 security patch software update. Recently my galaxy note 8 keep restarting and most of the sensors fail to operate. I had factory reset 5 times but ntg helps. I read online some say software crash, bad apps and even one post stated is the motherboard problem.

Anyway to help? Thank ifixit!
