You need remove account from setting first, then just reset your phone.

its locked up now..i can factory reset it but i cannot access any settings without correct info? so if i do factory reset manually it'll be stuck on the google verification account and the person acct it was synced to no longer has access to any of it, dont remember $@$* so now what???
