red screen then completely black

so recently my iphone 5s just started acting up. first if i touched the screen nothing would happen. then these lines started appearing. next my phone started to become dark. now my phone would be normal when i turned it on then screen quickly started to fade to almost pitch black. but the thing is my phone is still running because sometimes i can see my apps and stuff. now i have no idea what to do.
