Not a complete iPad no. Although, you could probably purchase the individual parts and assemble them into a whole iPad, for a painfully high price.

Ok can u reccommend a reputable site as i need a complete tablet not parts ?

Seeing that you're in England, you can buy a new/late model (https://www.apple.com/uk/ipad/) or refurbished (https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/browse/hom...) one directly from Apple. Tesco (https://www.tesco.com/direct/search-resu...) has some too, but they seem a bit expensive. I don't know enough British retailers to know if any other ones are reputable (and maybe Tesco is a bad place to buy electronics, I don't know), but maybe someone else could help you with that, or you could research around online and find a good place.
