Mine is the update version of 2017. I have inserted a sim card. It says Emergency without saying sim's name. when I try to make a call it says Failed. And when I try to message it says text message not ready. Please Anybody help meeee!

Try a known working, network compatible , different SIM card in your phone to see if it works there?
Try your SIM card in a known working network compatible phone to check if your SIM card is OK?
Basically swap the SIM cards between your phone and another known working network compatible phone to see what works where.
