When I try to turn it on , the LED flashes white one time and when I continue pressing the button it flashes blue. I would like to know how to fix or atleast reset it to factory settings. Thank you for jbl e25bt

I believe that the blue light you're seeing is the device trying to establish a bluetooth connection. Verify the device you’re connecting to has bluetooth enabled and if you are still having issues it might be due to an issue internal to the E25BT.

What if its flashing white and blue at the same time
Mine does the same, maybe you found out how to fix it??
I had this problem, it wont connect to a previous iphone I have been using (to connect). The solution was to have the device disconnected from iphone (forget the device) and have iphone (or your device) connect to it again as if it were the first time pairing it. Works for me everytime

I had the same problem, You need to turn of the headphones, when charging off hold the power button for 10 seconds, then remove it from charging and then turn it on, finally it would show on your device and other devices too. If this does not help then factory reset your headphones and try this method again.
@danialtahir34 Thank u so much i finally found out how to fix them i thought ill need to buy new ones
my bluetooth earbud keeps blinking I tried many ways like the internet said press the volume down and stuff but the best way is open it and using needle or sharp thing break the blue light. Then fixed, just try it, I am not electrician but I tried and worked for me and it will work for you. Hope that helps

I had this problem, and no forum could help me with it. Oddly enough, on the fifth attempt, I found a video on YouTube where a guy with the same model of headphones explains in stages how to connect them to the phone correctly. I got it right away, but I can't find that video anymore. I doubt that I dreamed it. Maybe you should look for videos too. It definitely doesn't require the services of an electrician, haha. Even the most tolerant electrician from https://www.propointelectrical.com.au/se... will not understand why you called him.

I had this happen before, when the blue lights are flashing it thinks that you're going to connect a new device. Forget the earbuds from your device and connect it again, and then it will work.

My jbl eb55bt flashes blue but still doesn’t connect.I tried most internet solutions but with no success. Are the headphones damaged internally, because I have tried to connect them to other devices they still don’t connect.HELP
