Frigidaire Professional fprh19d7lf1 slow-on lights now flicker

We had a power failure yesterday. Now, when I open both the refrigerator (fprh19d7lf1) and the freezer (fpuh19d7lf1) the lights will come on, shut off, then do their slow-on sequence. They do not flicker other than this hiccup at start-up (unlike the strobe effect I've seen with other appliances). We unplugged the freezer for 2 minutes to see if it needed a 'reset', but that didn't resolve the issue.

2 separate appliances both do the exact same flicker when door first opened! What part needs to be replaced?
