I dropped my Xbox one control earlier now it will only turn on and stay on for about 2-3 minutes and wont turn on with batteries it will flash every now n then but thats it i noticed that the top battery holder on the right side where the little plus (+) sign is is a bit loose now Idk what to do anybody?

While I'm not sure that it has something to do with the fact that you dropped it, we did publish a more general troubleshooting page referring to the Xbox One Controller not turning on any more, I guess they should at least provide you some "first aid": Xbox One Wireless Controller Won't Turn On

@kayneoconnor Check the contacts to see if the positive (+) may have broken off or loosened up and prevent it to work. I think it might be time to take it apart and investigate. Take lots of good picture of your findings and post those with your question
