Flashlight turns on when I open camera?

One day my phone had a little mini siezure for no reason and now whenever I open my rear facing camera the flashlight turns on. It doesn't do this in the front and I can make the light dimmer and yellow by messing with the settings but it doesn't turn it off. Whenever I press the flashlight button my camera crashes, and I've restarted my phone, turned off the Moto actions, messed when my camera settings, everything. Has anyone else head similar problems and know what to do with them?
