How do i fix it .. My lg k4 model number m151
Stuck on lg screen on start up cant get it to boot past that part what do i do to fix this problem

@paperpapercake7 try a soft reset. A soft reset won't affect data on the device unless the battery is very low. Simultaneously press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 12 seconds or until the device power cycles. If that does not work try a hard reset. Instructions are right here
