Pioneers Avh 2600bt auto changing channels and song folders

Hi, I have a car stereo pioneer AVH -X2600BHT 2 Din receiver with a 6.1 display unit. The stereo is faultly It keeps on tuning or changing radio channels and music list in the CD/ flash disk. How do I repair and stop the frequent auto- tuning ?
