My laptop dell vostro 1015 is turning on but is not boot screen?

dear user Try testing with only one RAM installed on the laptop as one of the ram may be faulty.

Options

hold the power button for 2 mins while the battery is out and the computer is plugged in

it works for me hope it works for you

and if it starts if you want you can play without the battery but have to keep it plugged in all times or if battery is broken then buy a new one
