Horizontal Line on Screen

I have a 90" Sharp Aquos LC-90LE657U. The picture has horizontal lines that get worse as the image move. During a static image, the horizontal lines travel downward from top to bottom. I took it to a repair shop and they told me it has a "bad panel screen", and want $2,000 to repair it. Google searches tell me there are bands along the perimeter that come un-glued and cause lines but I don't think that is what's wrong. This TV has tabs, but they don't touch anything. (See picture) Any advise on how to get the back working or is it junk?

Thanks

@nato41

this does look like a bad panel but you do have to check your boards as well. I do not think this is a TAB error since the lines would look different. It could be gate driver issues on the LCD driver board (part of the panel). Remove the back of your TV and check the boards and the wiring. Post some images of this with your question. That way we can see what you see. Use this guide Ajout d'images à une question existante.

Thank you @oldturkey03 for taking the time to reply. I have added photos of the back of the TV and tried to get all angles of the three boards. I juggles all of the connections and nothing appeared to be loose. Not sure which one is the LCD driver board either so I am relying on your expertise.

Thanks again!

@nato41 great. Thanks. Now let's see if we can find our more about this error. The LCD driver board is part of the LCD panel. Most of those boards are not readily visible and are mounted to the panel not on the TV's chassis like the rest of the board.

@oldturkey03, I am assuming you are asking me to remove the LCD screen from the rest of the body and find another board sandwiched in between?

could be a pain but that will be part of your LCD panel....
